We're committed to ensuring your puppy is free from any inherited life-threatening defects or diseases. Should such a condition be diagnosed by a qualified veterinary specialist, you have the option to either receive a replacement puppy of similar quality or obtain a refund of the purchase price.
To fulfill our commitment, certain guidelines apply:
1. For diagnoses such as hip dysplasia or progressive Retinal Atrophy, specific reports are required before your puppy's second birthday.
2. Your puppy must be up-to-date on immunizations and follow standard health guidelines for this guarantee to remain valid. Please note that heat stroke, abuse/neglect, or improper socialization/training by the buyer are not covered.
3. All expenses, including licensed veterinarian tests, professional diagnosis, and delivery costs, are at the buyer’s sole expense.
4. Certain conditions such as Cherry Eye, allergies, or undescended testicles are not covered by this guarantee.
5. If you've purchased breeding rights, please refrain from breeding your puppy before they reach eighteen months of age.
